Our goal is to have 25 percent of the services of the city of Bonn offered digitally by 2025. In the medium to long run, we want all services of the city of Bonn, which can be offered digitally in a reasonable way, to be offered digitally. By doing so, for these services there will be no more need for visiting city halls in person. We also want to strengthen the district town halls and citizens' services and expand the range of services on offer. We will bring society together. Through transparent communication of decision-making processes, we want to create a balance between individual interests and the common good, without a protracted standstill that does not help anyone.
