Our aim is to expand the housing supply in Bonn and the region in a moderate and ecologically balanced way by 2030. We are convinced that the best way to counter rising rents and to provide affordable housing is to create additional housing. In addition, we also want to take the aspect of crime-prevention into account in every urban development project.
